I’m a medical professional of 35 years who has had to learn the intricacies of balancing being a dentist, a manager, a business and real estate owner, a wife and friend, all while also raising my amazing twin daughters. If that wasn't enough, the entire time I was overwhelmed by the thought that there must be more than just keeping it together. I didn’t want to just get by, I wanted to thrive.

I understand the frustration of trying to perform perfectly in all areas of your life and having that little voice in your head tell you that you’re never going to be good enough, no matter how hard you work or how much you achieve.

There was a time in my life where I was just going through the motions every day. And now I’m on a MISSION to empower high-achievers just like you to take control of their mindset and daily actions so that they can stop letting life simply happen to them, and instead consciously craft a life that they’re genuinely excited about!
